Appointment of Non Executive Directors

Evolutec is pleased to announce that Gordon James Hall and Mark Barrie Hawtin have been appointed as Non Executive Directors of the Company. They have considerable experience in the healthcare and fund management fields, respectively. They were proposed as Non Executive Directors by Gartmore Investment Limited, the largest shareholder in the Company.
